Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with Sagely Sprout. If you're not happy with your subscription within the first 7 days, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers to any paid plan (Grower or Master Gardener) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment for that tier.

Getting your refund is self-serve — truly no questions asked: open Plans in the app and tap "Within your first 7 days? Get your instant refund here." Your payment is refunded in full immediately and your subscription ends. If anything goes wrong, or you prefer a human:

After the 7-day guarantee period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. This applies to:

However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced significant service outages or technical issues that prevented you from using the Service, contact us and we will work with you fairly.

Upgrades and Downgrades

Master Gardener is not yet available for purchase. When it launches, mid-cycle upgrades will be prorated and the 7-day guarantee will apply to the upgrade charge.

Downgrades (cancellations) take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain paid features until then.

Annual Plan Refunds

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 7-day full refund guarantee from the date of purchase. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. We recommend trying the monthly plan before committing annually if you are unsure.

Free Tier

The Sprout (free) tier has no associated payment, and therefore no refund applies.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time, self-serve:

After cancellation, your account reverts to the Sprout (free) tier. Your garden plans remain saved but paid-tier features will be locked.
